ALL FEES ARE DUE UPON SERVICE DATE.
We unfortunately do not bill directly; if you have medical insurance cover you will need to pay for each session and then claim the cost back from your insurer.

ICBC Rates - No fee
| Clients seeking our services of a motor vehicle accident will require a valid claim number and pre-approval from you adjuster at ICBC in order to receive treatment. Clients without approval or claim number will be charged our normal rate. Please remember to bring your B.C care Card to your appointment. |
WSBC - (WorksafeBC)
| Clients seeking physiotherapy services after a work-related injury do not pay any user fee. Please note that you will require a valid claim number from WorksafeBC and a valid BC care card number. Clients with a pending claim, claim under appeal, on hold for any reason or without a claim number, will be charged our normal private rates. |
